Felling Guilty, the beigest obstacle                                                                                                                                                         
Every moment  you feel guilty about something , you are devastating your confidence and self esteem totally.
 
These two can not be together. You should just feel guilty or have confidence. it is impossible to have both at the same time  .Take attention which one of your behavior make you feel guilty ?
Avoid them as much as you can . the most popular guilty feeling happens when you act opposite of your beliefs and attitudes. For example when you believe that honesty is one of your values, you still lie. Therefore it is essential t know your own value . you should know exactly what kinds of beliefs and values are important for you. Especially you should be recognize your most important values. Another examples of feeling guilty in life is when you do not forgive people . Not being  a forgative means you have a dark heart of people who did something bad to you . you might heard this sentence for times, when somebody says I wont forgive him/her for ever.
This kind of feeling is  not only good to improve the situation but also it will make it worse your confidence and being down your self esteem which for sue makes it harder the situation.
 
 
Practice number 12
 Write down your values and beliefs on a piece of paper and have this card always with yourself. Every now and then assess your behavior based on what you have on your card and forgive your past behavior in case you did something opposite of your values.
