Take serious the repetition.  
 
Nothing can influence on your unconscious feeling except repetition and self mentions of impressive words. A repetitive sentence has got such an energy which can aware all your hidden power. A good psychological book has considered this fact that after the concept of  the words and sentences, everything depends on the influence of words on the reader of the book. Every word or concept has got its own power and people’s influences of words are different. For example for being discipline you can make different sentences, I am organized, I have discipline in my life  and  so on.  
Although the concept of all these sentences are the same but their energy of each is different. Sentences with impressive words have more energy and they are more influential   .So whenever you find time, try to increase your self esteem by positive impressive sentences and say:
I deserve everything in my life, I am the best creature that God create, I am the best of all universe, I have a great self esteem ,God is my big supporter and he is always with me.
 
Practice number 40:
  
Prepare a list of repetitive impressive sentence for yourself. Read them loudly with yourself or in your mind with yourself. Think about them and write them over and over again. Whenever you find yourself free, increase your self esteem with good, positive sentences.
